Day 3 Toujours Gay

Despite recent rejections in Arizona, Florida and California — despite the fact that 30 states have now passed bans on same-sex marriage — I predict that gay rights, including the right to wed, are coming and coming soon. If, as promised, there is a second ballot initiative in California, it will reverse the ban. If similar initiatives are placed on the ballots of those states where gay marriage is legal, they will fail. The courts will also have their say.
